Warranty

We stand behind the gear we make. If you receive an item with material or workmanship defects please contact Cameron@endlessclimbing.com within 30 days to report the issue. If it is deemed to be a manufacturer's defect, the item will be replaced at no cost to you.

Returns and Exchanges 

We are a small company and do everything in-house. We do not have returns built into our business, like amazon or any other big brand and time put into returns are the last thing we want to do, that's why we focus on making the best products available. However, if you got the wrong size or have an issue, please contact Cameron@endlessclimbing.com so that a RA# and return shipping address can be provided. Items that are returned without a RA# will not be accepted.

The shipping cost to return an item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Once the return/exchange item has been shipped, please send the tracking info to Cameron@endlessclimbing.com

Exchanges will be shipped out at the customer/buyers expense and shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
