Weighing in at just a quarter of a pound and tested to withstand forces up to 200 lbs, the TRIAD is designed for climbers who always warm up right. It has four primary grips with a nice gentle texture:

• 20mm flat edge: the foundation of any warm up
• 10mm flat edge: obviously
• 15mm round incut: the most versatile edge was designed for high angle crimping, pockets, and finger curls
• 20mm Mono: designed with rehab in mind, for those who want to load one finger at a time

The TRIAD is intended for warm up purposes only, not to be used to pick up weights. Excessive loads over 200lbs can lead to product failure.
