20mm flat edge: the foundation of any warm up
10mm flat edge: obviously
15mm round incut: the most versatile edge was designed for high angle crimping, pockets, and finger curls
20mm Mono: designed with rehab in mind, for those who want to load one finger at a time

The TRIAD is intended for warm up purposes only, not to be used to pick up weights. Excessive loads can lead to product failure.
